Tokenomics

The ecosystem begins with an initial mint of 10 billion $AUKI tokens, with a deflationary mechanism in place that will reduce the supply over time. As services within the network are consumed, the token supply will decrease asymptotically until it stabilizes at 5 billion $AUKI, effectively halving the initial supply. This controlled deflation aligns with the network's goal of increasing the value of $AUKI as the platform matures and its services become more widely adopted.

The allocation of $AUKI tokens is carefully structured to balance immediate network needs with long-term incentives. A significant portion of the initial supply has been allocated through various pre-sales, raising USD $18,650,140, with the proceeds used to support essential functions such as market making, liquidity provisions, and token design advisory. The Posemesh Foundation has been granted a treasury vesting over seven years, representing 18.89% of the total supply, ensuring ongoing support for the ecosystem's development. Additionally, the Team Pool, comprising 15.58% of the supply, is allocated to Auki Labs, with a four-year vesting schedule and a six-month cliff, providing a strong incentive for continued innovation and development within the Posemesh protocol.
